Undisputed Championship Match [Suddenly, the lights in the arena begin to dim. As the opening chord of The Undertaker's theme hits the personal address system of The Staples Center, strobe lights flicker in every direction, bringing the jam packed audience to their feet.] Jim Ross: And now the man who needs no introduction. King: Exactly. Because he’s a nobody. Jim Ross: King, shut up. I don’t care what you think. These people love this guy! And even more so, they respect him! [Gomgs are heard throughout the aerna as the main guitar riff of the theme music blasts through the arena. Flash bulbs go off in every direction as the curtains part and The Undertaker steps through the portal right on cue. Undertaker stops at the top of the ramp and looks around at the 17,000 strong standing in unison. He taps his left fist against his heart a few times, signalling his own respect and thanks to the fans.] Jim Ross: This business is Takers’ life! And tonight could be his night! Mark this date on the calendar. Sunday, August 1st, 2004 could very well be the night that Undertaker become's the WWE's Hardcore Champion! King: Too bad he stands no chance in Hell! Jim Ross: You said that last week too. [Undertaker makes his way to the ring. He stares forward, not taking his eye off of the ring, concentrating on the task at hand. Cameras go off left and right as Taker continues to soak in the cheers.] Jim Ross: This is going to be the biggest challenge of this man’s life. King: You’re damn right it is! He’ll be lucky to walk out alive. [AJ Styles' thtme hits the speakers, and AJ emerges through the curtain in his red and black ring attire. He dashes down to the ring, staring at Taker the whole way. The two nearly seem to spit venom, ready to tear into one another.] Jim Ross: There is NO love between these four individuals. King: Sex, lies, and videotapes. Jim Ross: Of what? King: I dunno. [HBK's theme plays over the speakers to a chorus of cheers from the crowd. Shawn Michaels makes his way on to the entranceway, and down the ramp towards the ring. He walks along the canvas, against the ropes and stops in the centre of the two turnbuckles. He looks out at the crowd, and smiles. Lifting a leg, he steps through the ropes and into the ring.] [The lights dim...] [As Casey Turbo's theme blasts through the speakers, Turbo emerges from the curtains to boos, standing at the top of the ramp with his head lowered, water bottle in-hand. Water drips off the ends of his hair as he waits, with blue and white lights flashing on either sides of the stage. He snaps his head back and sends a spray of water behind him as he makes his way down to the ring, tossing the water bottle into the crowd and slapping some hands. He rolls underneath the ring and climbs to one turnbuckle, throwing his arms out to the side. As the flashbulbs die down, the lighting returns to normal. The Hardcore Title, hanging on his shoulder, is then handed to referee Tim White.] Jim Ross: Well, the Hardcore belt is up for grabs. King: No matter what it will stay XCW property Jim Ross: Let's get this thing going. [The bell rings, and Turbo rushes Taker with a boot to his midsection, doubling him over. Hooking on a tight facelock, Turbo hooks Taker's leg and hauls him over with a fisherman's suplex. With Taker rolled up on his back, Turbo kneels on one of Taker's arms and pounds away at his forehead. Blocking one of the punches, Taker rolls Turbo over onto his back and nails a few hard jabs of his own before pulling Turbo's torso off the mat and headbutting him back down, leaving a patch of his own blood on Casey's nose!] HANDICAP MATCH Loser must retire from
